Makes 225g
- 225g can pineapple rings in their own juice
- 2 tsp arrowroot
- Liquidise the pineapple with the arrowroot
- Pour into a saucepan and heat, stirring until the mixture thickens and looks translucent.
- Cool and bottle
What I've bought and what I've cooked with it. Everything is Vegan (as far as I can remember - it should be because I am).
