Rose Elliot
- 350g white cabbage (half a cabbage)
- 425g pineapple (a whole pineapple)
- chopped mint (optional)
- Chop both finely
- Mix together
- Add mint
- Serve
Good combination, handy if you have a pineapple and a cabbage. I had it with black eyed bean dal.
What I've bought and what I've cooked with it. Everything is Vegan (as far as I can remember - it should be because I am).
